I am passionate about meeting individuals with authenticity and sincerity.
Since 2012, meditation and body awareness through yoga, qigong and various therapies have been an essential part of my life. With a deep interest for holistic health, I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine for two years. I appreciated learning to embrace the body, mind, and emotions with an understanding of how deeply they are interconnected.
As I encountered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy in 2017, I realised that I had found the practice that suited me perfectly. I loved the fact that this therapy is so gentle, yet so powerful. Receiving treatments myself allowed me to experience deep healing and much inner growth. I am now delighted to be able to accompany others on this very rich journey.
I especially enjoy bringing my listening and compassionate skills into this work, while supporting people connecting more with their own strength and resources.
In the UK since 2018, I found an inspiring community of dedicated practitioners. I was lucky to train at the wonderful Karuna Institute, established by craniosacral pioneer Franklyn Sills in Devon. The regular practice of Qigong in Edinburgh is also a helpful way for me to deepen my own embodied presence.
I am looking forward to keeping nourishing my practice with supervision sessions, further postgraduate training, and continuing my own evolutionary journey.
I am especially interested in pre- and perinatal dynamics, acknowledging that our early times are such an important part of our history, with many keys and opportunities for healing.
